Site Supervisor
Lead Enermax service crews at the Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC), keeping work safe, on schedule and to the client's standard.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and assign daily work for cleaning, waste and transport crews
- Check work quality on site and correct problems the same day
- Run daily toolbox talks and make sure every worker follows safety and security rules and wears PPE
- Track attendance, vehicles, equipment and consumables
- Report daily to the Operations Manager and keep work logs, inspection sheets and incident reports
- Be the day-to-day contact for the client's site representatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of site experience, including 2 years supervising crews
- Good spoken and written English for client communication and reports
- Working knowledge of site safety (permits, PPE, toolbox talks, incident reporting)
- Able to pass a medical check, drug test, background check and BEC badging
A plus
- Experience on U.S. Government or military sites
- Experience in facility services, cleaning, waste or fleet operations
- Safety certificate such as OSHA 30 or NEBOSH
