How we use the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we receive your company name, contact person, business email, phone number, the service and project details you enter, and any file you attach. We also record the page you sent it from and your language.
Why we use it
Only to review your inquiry, reply to you, prepare a quotation and follow up on that opportunity. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored by our website host (Netlify) and in our internal inquiry log, and are sent to the Enermax team by email. Access is limited to staff who handle inquiries.
Automatic acknowledgment
When you submit an inquiry we send one automatic email to the address you gave, confirming that we received it.
Analytics cookies
If you click Accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how the site is used, including when a form is submitted or a contact link is clicked. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for our normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent by emailing info@enermaxllc.com.
